Fashion House Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: Supervise tailors, cutters, pattern makers, and other production staff. Coordinate daily production activities and ensure deadlines are met. Monitor the quality, finishing, and fitting of garments. Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials. Track production progress and report issues to management. Manage workflow and assign tasks according to staff capabilities. Ensure the fashion house maintains a professional and organised working environment. Requirements: Proven experience in fashion production or tailoring, strong leadership and organisational skills, good knowledge of garment production, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
