Fashion House Manager

Reponsibility:

1.The Fashion House Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
2. Manage the day-to-day activity of the business without supervision.
3. Supervise and work with members of staff.
4. Create designs and take measurements of customers.
5. Supervise quality assurance (Quality control).
6. Must be good with the color combination, complexion and size fit and should be able to sketch (for retail and bespoke wear).
7. Research fashion trends and be active on social media
8. Oversee production of ready-to-wear and bespoke clothing from point A to Z.
9. Stay abreast of various contemporary styles.
10. Create illustrations, prototypes, and sketches.
11. Choose materials and sources for the market when necessary
12. Keep track of inventory at all times in order to avoid setbacks due to shortages.
13. Willing to represent or be the face of the brand whenever necessary.
14. Keep accounting records and bank all income.
15. Perform business administration responsibilities.
16. Home service when necessary

Requirements;

1. Fashion Manager age must be 33-40 years
   2. Required experience is 3 - 5 years
   3. Passion for fashion combined with good customer service skills
   4. Highly computer literate and the capacity to train
   5. Must pay attention to detail
   6. Understanding of retail e-commerce landscape.
   7. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
   8. Confidentiality and discretion a MUST.
   9. Sound judgement and instinct to know what on-brand is.
   10. Self-motivated, resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
   11. Must look presentable at all times.
   12. Must be fluent in spoken and written English, especially for social media posts.
   13. Punctuality and presentation are key.
