Fashion Designer/Quality Control

Design & Development Support in developing new clothing designs, sketches, and seasonal collections. Assist in creating prototypes and samples based on creative direction. Recommend fabrics, trims, and finishing techniques suited for each design. Research fashion trends and adapt them to suit the brand’s unique identity. Quality Control Inspect samples and finished garments to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Work closely with tailors and production staff to correct errors and improve finishing. Monitor fit, sizing, and overall garment construction consistency. Ensure every piece aligns with the brand’s promise of quality and affordability. Fabric Knowledge & Sourcing Identify, source, and suggest fabrics and accessories aligned with brand identity and budget. Test fabrics for durability, comfort, and suitability for different designs. Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
