Excellent knowledge in fabric souring for the market Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines. Source fabrics, trims, and other production materials from local and international suppliers. Negotiate prices and maintain good relationships with vendors. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of materials. Track procurement budgets and control production costs. Coordinate with designers, tailors, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare procurement and production reports for management.
