Safely drive the Managing Director to and from office, meetings, events, and personal appointments Ensure punctual arrival and efficient route planning to avoid delays Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Managing Director’s schedules, conversations, and activities Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, fueled, and ready at all times Conduct daily vehicle inspections and arrange servicing or repairs when needed Be available for extended hours or weekends when required Follow company policies and all traffic laws Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Proven experience as a personal or executive driver preferred Excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations High level of discretion, honesty, and professionalism Neat appearance and courteous behavior Skills and Competencies Defensive and safe driving skills Punctuality and reliability Confidentiality and integrity Calm and professional attitude
