* Cut garments accurately with or without patterns * Interpret designs and translate into cutting * Adjust patterns (standard sizes) to fit client measurements * Work with Production Manager to meet production targets * Minimize fabric waste and ensure consistency Requirements: * Must be able to cut corsets, dresses, corporate tops, pants, blazers, asoebi styles etc. unsupervised * Able to cut confidently without patterns (very important) * Able to manipulate standard patterns to fit measurements * Strong understanding of garment structure and proportions * Accurate, detail-oriented, and efficient
