Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, patient, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience across all platforms, including in-store, online, Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website. Your main goal will be to take orders, resolve customer inquiries, and provide product information to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and process payments in-store, online, and through social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, including Tshirts products, customization options and pricing
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company promotions
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) a plus
- Ordinary National diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Experience with online platforms, including social media and e-commerce websites
- In-store customer service experience a plus
