Customer experience/social media executive

The officer will manage customer interactions in the showroom and digital engagement online. This role is central to creating a seamless brand experience for Osuare’s clients—ensuring they feel valued in person and connected online. The officer is responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and telling the Osuare story across all platforms by creating content that reflects that. 2 - 4 years’ experience in retail sales or social media management (fashion preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion, styling, and digital media. Ability to multitask and work independently. Strong Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business tools. Strong story teller. Preference: Qualification HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related fields. certification or training in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or Customer Experience will be an advantage. Extremely important please. The person must be able to speak and write good English. Female and presentable.
