Garment Development & Production Oversight • Collaborate with pattern makers, tailors, seamstresses, beaders to transform designs into finished couture pieces. • Oversee fabric draping, cutting, embroidery, and stitching processes to maintain design integrity. • Conduct fittings, making necessary adjustments to ensure perfect fit and structure. • Ensure all garments meet the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and brand consistency. 3. Brand Aesthetic & Collection Development • Design seasonal and custom collections in line with the brand’s luxury positioning. • Ensure consistency in style, detailing, and innovation across all collections. • Experiment with new design techniques, textile innovations, and sustainable fashion approaches. 4. Collaboration & Creative Direction • Work closely with the operations and visual teams to ensure brand storytelling is cohesive across collections. • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and creative directors for look books, campaigns, and fashion shows. • Attend design meetings, creative brainstorming sessions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. 5. Presentation & Client Engagement • Present design concepts to CEO, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision. • Engage with high-profile clients for bespoke orders, ensuring personalized couture experiences. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when working with exclusive clientele. • Handle client consultations and fittings
