We are seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Creative Director to work closely with the Creative Director (CEO). The ideal candidate will bring fresh, innovative ideas, help shape collections, and maintain the company's luxury aesthetic. This role requires both creativity and technical expertise in fashion design and production. Job Descriptions: 1. Assist designers: Provide support to Creative Director in creating and developing illustrations, designs, patterns, and prototypes. 2. Design development: Contribute to the development of new designs, including sketching, digital illustrations and moodboards 3. Trend research: must be able to conduct research on current and future fashion trends, identifying key styles, fabrics, and colors. 4. Production support: Provide support during production, ensuring designs are executed according to specifications and illustrations agreed on by the clients 5. Communication: Liaise with Creative Director , tailors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication till the final output is executed. 6. Organization: Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, including design documents, patterns, and samples. 7. ⁠Handling consultations: Handle consultations from start till delivery without supervison 8. ⁠Moodboard: Creation of moodboard for each client
