Should be knowledgeable in local Nigerian dishes, soups etc. The ability to bake and prepare English breakfast is an added advantage.

Handle cooking of major products and meals for each day
Back up meals when necessary
Maintain pass-out journal
Fill store inventory journal for requested store items
Perform any other duty as may be assigned.
