Business Manager

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Business Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fashion brand. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee daily business operations (store, production & orders) • Manage staff and ensure everyone is working efficiently • Track customer orders from start to delivery • Handle customer communication (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) • Monitor sales and suggest ways to improve revenue • Ensure deadlines are met for all orders • Assist in planning content and brand growth strategies • Keep proper records of sales, expenses, and stock • Maintain discipline, structure, and smooth workflow in the business Requirements: • Strong communication and leadership skills • Good understanding of social media (Instagram & TikTok) • Ability to stay organized and pay attention to details • Problem-solving mindset (not just complaints—solutions) • Must be reliable, responsible, and ready to grow with the brand • Experience in fashion/business management is a plus Work Structure: • Monday – Saturday What We’re Looking For: Someone who doesn’t just “work” but actually helps build the brand.
