BUSINESS MANAGER

Serves as the operational and commercial lead of the business, ensuring structure, accountability, and financial discipline across all departments. Oversees sales performance, team productivity, client service standards, and overall business efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Translate creative goals into actionable business plans. • Supervise daily operations, staff performance, and production coordination. • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting with accuracy. • Oversee pricing, sales tracking, and client conversion rates. • Implement systems for efficiency, quality control, and accountability. • Handle escalated client communications and ensure professional standards. • Prepare weekly management reports for the Creative Director. • Support recruitment, HR policies, and training implementation. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline. • 3–5 years’ experience in operations or retail/fashion management. • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Proficient in Google Workspace and business reporting tools. • Experience managing teams in a creative or fashion environment preferred.
