Brand Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities  Maintain production, project and launch trackers.  Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding actions.  Manage logistics, deliveries and shipments.  Maintain supplier, shipment and operational records.  Carry out routine website and e-commerce updates.  Schedule and publish approved social media content.  Respond to routine customer enquiries.  Maintain content and operational calendars.  Prepare updates, reports and summaries as required.  Coordinate with approved suppliers, service providers and external partners.  Flag delays, issues and matters requiring the Founder’s attention.  Provide general operational and administrative support across the company and its brands.
