Braid hair using various techniques (cornrows,twists, etc.) for product development and client orders - Work with production team to meet deadlines and quality standards - Prepare hair for braiding, including washing, conditioning, and cutting - Create braided products according to company specifications and quality standards - Ensure all products are properly labeled, packaged, and stored - Collaborate with team to improve production processes and product quality - Participate in product development and testing of new braiding techniques - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, sanitizing equipment and restocking supplies - Stay updated on industry trends and techniques
