As a Boutique Salesperson, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our boutique. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor. - Understanding customer needs and preferences to provide personalized style recommendations and outfit suggestions. - Showcasing our collection of clothing with enthusiasm and product knowledge. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment. - Monitoring inventory levels and assisting with stock replenishment as needed. - Staying updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand information to provide informed recommendations to customers. Qualifications: - Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a boutique or fashion retail environment. - Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to assisting customers. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Flexible work schedule (5-days a week with 1- day off between Mon- Sat)
