Job Description: Planning and reviewing production schedules and time-scale.* Handle clients fitting and follow up process.* Must be pro-active and detail oriented* Researching and giving creative guidelines for excellent garment production.* Ability to work without supervision.* Monitoring production process and implementing quality-control measures.* Supervising and motivating a team of workers to meet specifications and deadlines* Delivering quality finished product on time.* Must be creative and have a great sense of style.* Discuss design concept and details with head designer.* Draft and alter patterns to suit style specifications v Determine suitable fabric requirement and materials for projects.* Document and preserve all illustrations, patterns and design layout for future reference* Manage the design process from start to finish
