Manage and oversee all activities from production to sales in the bakery.

Market, and outsource new distributors to reach a wider range

 
This is a very sensitive position within the bakery as he is responsible for all that happens in the bakery

Work days and hours: Monday- Saturday. He will be available during the morning shift but must hand over all ingredients before leaving to the night shift and take stock on opening
