Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across departments. They help develop strategies, implement operational policies, and monitor performance to achieve business goals. Responsible for ensuring that delivery agents across various states in Nigeria are adequately stocked and equipped to meet customer demand. This includes managing the distribution of company products from the central warehouse to delivery agents, ensuring efficient way-billing, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with regional representatives. Required to work closely with agents and transportation partners to optimize delivery processes and ensure that no agent runs out of stock.
