Administrative staff

The Adminiistrative Staff will be responsible for:
Operational oversight-ensuring smooth day to day operations of the Salon and SPA.
2. Ensure appointments are well co ordinated on and offline bookings and Staff schedules are optimized
3. Ensure excellent staff management, supervise and foster a positive work environment.
4. Ensure team members provide excellent customer service and apply sanctions if need be to enforce ground rules
5. Maintain excellent customer relations with good Customer Relationship Management tools
6. Inventory control including products usage and equipment accountability
