Admin / HR Manager Job Description Job Title Admin / HR Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin / HR Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and manage human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, support employee engagement, maintain HR compliance, and contribute to building a productive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties Oversee daily office operations and administrative procedures. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events. Maintain company records, files, and documentation systems. Ensure workplace health, safety, and facility management standards are maintained. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed. Human Resources Duties Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution. Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR and administrative management roles. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Professional HR certification is an advantage. Experience managing teams or office operations. Knowledge of payroll systems and performance management tools.
