Admin Manager

Overview We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our fashion brand as an Admin, Marketing, and Social Media Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, with strong organizational skills, a creative flair, and a passion for fashion. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing marketing campaigns, and driving our social media presence. Key Responsibilities Administrative Duties • Manage office operations, including scheduling, office supplies, and facility management. • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations. • Handle administrative support for executives, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination. • Maintain company records, files, and databases. • Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files. Marketing Duties • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the brand and its products. • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions. • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creative professionals to create marketing materials. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns. • Oversee the production of newsletters, press releases, and other promotional materials. Social Media Management • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others. • Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to promote the brand and its products. • Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages. • Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly. • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to increase brand visibility. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in administrative, marketing, and/or social media roles. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools. • Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and the ability to stay current with industry trends. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
