Administrative officer

The Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and supporting staff to ensure efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative activities Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation (physical and electronic) Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Support HR functions such as staff attendance, leave records, and onboarding documentation Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as required Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders Assist management with administrative and operational support
