Monitor field operations to ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Organize safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, then prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
