I am a hardworking and customer-oriented individual with experience in both hospitality and retail environments. I have worked as a receptionist at Xcel Guest Hauz & Suites, where I assisted with guest services and basic administrative tasks. I also worked as a sales representative at Mega Chicken Republic and Tadem Wine Store, where I supported daily sales activities, attended to customers, and helped manage stock. In addition, I have basic knowledge of computers, including the use of Microsoft Word and Excel for simple tasks like writing documents and keeping basic records. I am eager to grow, learn new skills, and take on the responsibilities of a Store Manager, where I can contribute to smooth store operations and excellent customer service.
