Shop Assistant

Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions. Process customer purchases and handle cash, POS, and other payment methods. Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves and display areas. Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in receiving, unpacking, and labeling new stock. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns according to company policies. Support stock-taking and inventory audits. Promote products and upsell where appropriate to achieve sales targets. Ensure security of merchandise and report any suspicious activities. Carry out any other duties assigned by the Store Manager.
