Sales Executive

We are is looking for a smart, confident, customer-focused and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. We deal in Smart Locks, Security Doors, Traditional Locks, Access Control, Hotel Systems, Home Automation and other security solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Attend to walk-in, phone and online customers professionally • Promote and sell Vaultiq products and services • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions • Generate new leads and follow up on prospective customers • Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales • Achieve agreed monthly sales targets • Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business • Keep proper records of sales, leads and customer enquiries • Support product displays and store activities REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field • 1–3 years’ sales experience; experience in security products, smart home technology, doors, building materials or related industries is an advantage • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills • Confident, persuasive and presentable • Strong ability to identify and convert sales opportunities • Must be comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and other digital platforms for customer engagement • Target-driven, proactive and trustworthy • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Good knowledge of Lagos and willingness to pursue sales leads within and outside the store What we are looking for: Someone who doesn’t just wait for customers to walk in — you go out, find opportunities, build relationships and close deals.
