Production Manager

Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities. Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Supervise tailors, pattern drafters, cutters, quality control personnel, and other production staff. Monitor workflow and ensure efficient utilization of labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure garments are produced according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate fabric sourcing, trims procurement, and inventory management. Conduct regular quality checks throughout the production process. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Track production costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align production with customer demands and collection launches. Manage urgent orders and production timelines effectively.
