Production Manager

Maison Eirēnē Bespoke is looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Studio Manager to join our team immediately. Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities • Oversee daily studio operations and ensure smooth workflow • Supervise tailors and finishing team • Manage client fittings, pickups and delivery schedules • Maintain fabric, accessories and inventory records • Ensure quality control on all garments before delivery • Coordinate production timelines and meet deadlines • Handle basic admin tasks, documentation and studio upkeep • Support creative direction and assist with Asoebi order organisation Requirements • 3 years experience • Strong organisational and leadership skills • Experience in fashion production or studio management (preferred) • Good communication and people skills • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards • Punctual, dependable and solution-oriented
