Packaging Operator

This role is crucial to ensuring that all products and orders are well-assembled, properly tagged, and neatly packaged for delivery. The ideal candidate must be organized, hands-on, and able to work efficiently under pressure. Key Responsibilities: ** Assemble finished hair products (wigs, bundles, etc.) in preparation for packaging. ** Pack customer orders accurately and neatly, following set packaging standards. ** Tag all finished products with the correct labels and identifiers. ** Support the Operations Manager and finance officer in basic inventory management and stock counts. ** Monitor stock levels of packaging materials and notify the team when supplies run low. ** Handle packaging errands such as replenishing materials or preparing items for delivery handoff. Requirements: **Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. **Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures with little supervision. **Physically fit and capable of handling repetitive packing tasks. **Punctual, reliable, and accountable. **Previous experience in a production or warehouse setting is an advantage but not required.
