We are looking for a high-caliber Senior HR Manager who can identify, attract, and retain world-class talent while driving a high-performance, innovation-driven culture. ⸻ Role Overview You will serve as the strategic HR manager for our operations in West Africa while working seamlessly with teams across the East Africa, US and other regions. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR, culture building, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced tech environment. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth AI company by finding and developing top-tier, mission-aligned talent who can work across time zones and thrive in a tech-first culture. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Lead recruitment for technical, operational, and strategic roles across Africa and the U.S. • Build and maintain a global talent pipeline with a focus on tech-savvy professionals. • Develop innovative hiring strategies to attract high-impact talent in competitive markets. HR Leadership & Culture Building • Partner with leadership to align people strategies with business objectives and growth plans. • Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture that thrives without micromanagement. • Develop onboarding and retention programs to ensure team members feel connected across continents.
