You will bring our designs to life with precise, beautiful hand beading on luxury and custom garments. Responsibilities: • Apply beads, stones, sequins, and pearls neatly and creatively • Work accurately from sketches or instructions • Ensure every garment meets high-quality standards • Handle delicate fabrics carefully • Collaborate with designers and suggest creative enhancements Requirements: • Exceptional talent in hand beading • Experience with bridal, luxury, or custom garments • Strong attention to detail and neat finishing • Diploma/certificate in Fashion/Textile Design preferred but experience is key
