The company focuses on curated boat experiences, water-based recreational activities, and partnerships with boat owners and marinas to deliver memorable marine experiences for individuals, tourists, and corporate clients. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial General Manager to oversee and grow the marine and recreational experiences division. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations, build partnerships with boat owners and marine service providers, coordinate bookings and experiences, and help scale the business across Lagos and beyond. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of marine experiences and bookings Build partnerships with boat owners, marinas, and tourism providers Develop pricing structures and experience packages Manage staff, vendors, and service providers Ensure safety standards and compliance with marine regulations Coordinate marketing campaigns with the social media team Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships Provide monthly performance reports to company leadership Requirements 3–5+ years experience in hospitality, tourism, marine services, or lifestyle operations Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience managing teams and external vendors Good knowledge of Lagos lifestyle, tourism, or marine environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and drive business growth What We Offer Opportunity to lead a growing marine lifestyle brand Competitive compensation with performance incentives Ability to shape and scale a new marine experiences ecosystem in Lagos Salary 350k
