Stay updated with fashion trends, seasonal colors, and market preferences to ensure relevance and competitiveness. Oversee sample production and provide feedback for adjustments. Conduct fittings and make necessary design or construction changes. Sew and construct garments based on design specifications, patterns, or samples provided by the team. Tailor female outfits with excellent finishing, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and fit. Make adjustments, alterations, and custom fittings for clients when necessary. Collaborate closely with other designers to understand the desired structure, fabric choice, and finishing of each piece. Handle pressing, hemming, and final garment finishing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and sewing tools. Ensure timely completion of assigned samples, garments and production deadlines. Provide input on garment construction improvements or fabric usage efficiency. Attend photoshoots, fittings, and brand events as required. (Optional)
