Creative assistant

Creative assistant i) Support the Employer's business across a range of activities as required; ii) Collaborate by working with colleagues from other teams as needed to resolve problems in line with the Employee's requisite skills as may be given by the Employer; iii) Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers when additional support is needed; iv) Create an engaged workforce that lives the Employer's values and delivers great service to its customers; v) Perform any other duties incidental to her position as may reasonably be required and assigned to her by the Employer, given the circumstances, from time to time; vi) Maintain good customer relationship with potential clients or customers; vii) Collaborate closely with creative director; viii) Supervise production and quality control of designs; ix) Handle consultation with Clients: x) Maintain records and provide monthly to month reports of operations; xi) Assist during events, styling and photo-shoots; xii) Create and develop new designs independently as required; xiii) Join in styling at client's location; xiv) Generate contents for instagram feeds and stories; xv) Work closely with other staff to ensure proper and accurate birth of illustrated designs. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. - Strong understanding of couture fashion, garment construction, and production processes. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Working days: Mondays to Fridays Working hours: 9-6pm
