How fast will my order be processed

We require up to 4 business hours to match you to the right Service Pro. Our standard working hours are 7 am - 6 pm.

Why can I trust the Service Pro will be sending?

This means ensuring that the Service Pros have have the wealth of experience, are professionally trained, and proficient in their craft.

Why do I need a site visit? I know what the problem is.

To ensure that you get an accurate quote, we require a visit for an initial assessment of your needs. If your project is relatively simple and you can provide photos we can save you time by not visiting your location for inspection.

Do you offer free quotes?

Quotation is free. However, we charge for diagnosis in order to pay pros for their time and expert advice on the problem you would like resolved. The fees also cater for the pros transport to and from your location.

How do I know your quote is accurate?

Your assigned Personal Project Assistant will do a thorough evaluation of the amount charged by the service provider to ensure you get a fair charge on materials and labour.

In case materials are needed, can I purchase them by myself?

In the event that we need materials, the pro will share a quote with a breakdown of all materials. Should you choose to purchase your own products, any liabilities shall be incurred at your own cost and risk.

What if I'm not happy with the quality of the service?

We are committed to ensuring the best of quality to all our customers. Should you be dissatisfied with the service we recommend that you provide feedback to our Job Satisfaction team within 24 hours via email support@artisanoga.com. We offer several options for resolution e.g. free redoing of the service, job credit or cash back.

What cities do you serve?

Currently, we serve the city of Lagos and we are working tirelessly to cover all cities and towns in Nigeria. But, just in case you need our services outside Lagos, we can leverage on our network to ensure your job is done. Talk to us!

When do I pay?

Your written quote will include a payment schedule. Larger projects typically involve a down payment, progress payments, and a completion payment. Smaller projects may require full payment once quote is accepted and before work starts.

Whom do I pay to?

To enjoy the full benefits of our system, make all payments to us directly on our website, bank deposit or web transfer.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment can be made to our bank account via Bank Deposit or Online Transfer.
